On January 12, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its sixth luxury apartment project called \u201cMidori Park The TEN\u201d in Binh Duong New City (Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City).<\/p>\n

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Ono Masuo, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City; and Mr. Nguyen Van Danh, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.<\/p>\n

The TEN is the third apartment cluster in the Midori Park subdivision and features mid-rise apartments with a scale of 10 floors (a total of 300 units). The average area of an apartment is about 110 m\u00b2, with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters. On the third floor of the public area, the investor has arranged for an infinity pool, a gym, a BBQ garden, and a children’s playground. The project is expected to be completed and handed over in the third quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n

Mr. Oh DongKun, General Director of Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd., stated that The TEN is the company’s 11th project in Binh Duong New City. So far, the company has implemented five housing projects. Additionally, the company is currently executing four commercial and service projects, notably the Sora Garden SC shopping center. The company is also operating public transportation bus routes in Binh Duong New City.<\/p>\n
