RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Legal advice and update

• Update, analyze, archive newly issued legal documents (including Vietnam, Singapore and Australian laws) that are to affect the Company’s operations & the industry according to the assigned fields.
• Analyze and issue legal alerts related to production and business activities and the Company’s policies and guidelines for the Corporation and its subsidiaries.
• Participate in negotiation, drafting, reviewing of contracts, legal documents signed by the Company as a party.
• Consult, and provide legal information at the request of the Board of Directors and departments.

B. Representation in litigation activities

• Advise the Authority on plans and ways to resolve disputes of the Company at competent organizations.
• Prepare legal procedures and documents to settle disputes of the Company at competent organizations.
• Participate in legal proceedings at competent organizations serving the Company’s activities.
• Perform tasks related to judgment enforcement activities at the Company.

C. Representation in non-litigation activities

• Advise the Authority on plans and ways to carry out legal procedures, and provide legal documents for the Company’s operations.
• Prepare legal documents and procedures of the Company in accordance with the law; carry out legal procedures under the direction of the Board of Directors.
• Perform as an authorized representative of the Company to work with competent agencies and organizations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company in related activities and transactions.

D. Advise on the orientation of the building, operating and improving the system of regulatory documents in accordance with the development strategy of each period

E. Advise on the direction of building, improving & applying the Decentralization – Authorization System

• Advise, draft, submit for approval the Authorization set in accordance with the Decentralization Department & legal regulations according to the scope of assignment.
• Synthesize and respond to feedback on the application of the Decentralization System to the relevant departments of the Company.

F. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical, Electronics, mechanical, or equivalent.
• Preferred Work Experience: 5 years
• Management or leadership experience
• Proficiency with drafting software, such as AutoCAD
• Proficient in English (Listening/Speaking/Writing)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
